项目经理

岗位职责：

1、确定项目部的组织机构，选择聘用管理人员，确定管理人员职责，并定期进行考核、评价和奖惩；
2、负责在本项目内贯彻落实公司质量/环境/职业健康安全方针和总体目标；对施工项目实施全过程、全面管理，组织制定项目部的各项管理制度；
3、严格履行与建设单位签订的合同和与公司签订的项目管理目标责任书，并进行阶段性目标控制，确保项目目标的实现；
4、负责组织编制项目质量计划、项目管理实施规划或施工组织设计，组织办理工程设计变更、概预算调整、索赔等有关基础工作，配合公司做好验工计价工作；
5、负责对施工项目的人力、材料、机械设备、资金、技术、信息等生产要素进行优化配置和动态管理，积极推广和应用新技术、新工艺、新材料；
6、积极开展市场调查，主动收集工程建设信息，参与项目追踪、公关、进行区域性市场开发和本项目后续工程的滚动开发工作；
7、强化现场文明施工，及时发现和妥善处理突发性事件；
8、协助公司完成项目的检查、鉴定和评奖申报工作；负责协调处理项目部的内部与外部事项。

任职资格：

1、土建、水电、暖通、工民建相关专业本科以上学历；
2、5年以上建筑行业工程管理工作经验；有独立操作大型建筑工程经验；
3、熟悉国家和地方的相关法律、法规、政策及行业规范；
4、悉工程项目前期规划、设计工作内容、流程及关键环节；
5、熟悉招投标流程、投标文件制作、工程造价预算；
6、熟练操作办公软件，并精通CAD制图；
7、成本控制意识强，有良好的现场组织、调度能力及其他相关管理能力；
8、具有强烈的团队意识、开拓创新精神、高度敬业、责任感强、执行能力强；
9、良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，思维敏捷、语言表达能力强。

Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

1, construction, utilities, HVAC, civil engineering Bachelor degree or above;
2,5 years of project management experience in the construction industry; independent operating experience in large construction projects;
3, familiar with state and local laws, regulations, policies and industry standards;

施工图设计师
岗位职责：
1、协助配合主案设计师做好深化设计工作，完成全套施工图绘制；
2、充分了解设计并转换成施工图之各项细节图纸；
3、参与项目施工现场的配合与交涉；
4、负责工程项目的施工现场变更及竣工图制作；
5、必要时需跟踪施工现场进行图纸整改，解决施工难点。
6、协助配合在各项材料以及项目进度上跟进。
任职资格：
1、建筑、室内设计等相关专业专科以上学历；
2、3年以上正规设计事务所或设计公司建筑设计、装饰施工图制作经验；
3、精通AUTOCAD软件，并同时熟练使用其它相关软件；
4、熟悉掌握施工图绘制规范和要求；
5、熟悉工程设计标准和各项要求，对于国家相关行业的规范有一定的了解；
6、对各种细部处理、节点、收口做法非常熟练，能独立完成整套施工图。施工经验丰富，了解材料及设计概算方面的知识；
7、工作积极主动、热情高、效率高、态度严谨；
8、有良好的理解和沟通能力，较强的组织协调、团队协作能力及解决问题的能力；
9、勤奋踏实，有良好的职业道德、有较强的责任心和敬业精神，严谨稳健、能够承受较大的工作压力。

Construction plans designer
Responsibilities:
1, to assist with the deepening of the main case designer to do the design work, complete a full set of construction drawings;
2, to fully understand the details of the design and converted into construction drawings of drawings;

Qualifications:

建筑设计师
岗位职责：
1、负责公司建筑设计管理工作；
2、建筑设计全过程管理和现场技术服务；
3、设计质量及进度协调控制工作；
4、按流程签署技术文件及变更洽商。
5、拟开发项目规划及方案的策划对接和设计跟进；
6、组织建筑方案和施工图的图纸评审与成果优化；
7、建筑设计技术交底，协助解决现场施工与设计图纸出现的技术问题；
8、整理符合公司发展的工程建造标准，并持续不断改进更新。
任职资格：
1、建筑学或相关专业本科以上学历；
2、8年以上的建筑设计全程（方案、初设、扩设计、施工图）工作经验；
3、熟悉项目设计流程，对项目前期的设计有较强的掌控能力；
4、熟知城市规划、建筑设计、构造学、给排水、暖道、电气、企业管理、相关法律等知识；
5、对相关专业（景观、结构、设备）设计有较深的认识和一定的审核及协调能力，具备较丰富的现场施工配合经验；
6、能组织协调团队进行方案设计，统筹大局，具有良好的沟通及表达能力，并具有一定的项目管理能力和团队领导能力，具有良好的团队合作精神；
7、熟练掌握办公自动化、熟练使用相关设计软件（CAD,SKP,Photoshop）；

Architects
Responsibilities:

岗位职责：

1、辅助设计师参与深化建筑设计；
2、按照要求完成从方案至施工图的设计发展；
3、制作工作模型和各阶段图纸，协助建筑设计师将草图发展成合理的方案图纸；
4、协助组织、制作汇报文件、工程备忘录与信函。
任职资格：
1、学历：5年制本科及以上学历，建筑学专业；
2、工作经验：有2年及以上相关工作经验者优先；
3、能力要求：较好的学习态度、较好的职业嗅觉、较好的接受能力、沟通能力和执行能力；
4、知识要求：熟练使用AUTOCAD、SKETCH-UP、PHOTOSHOP、ADOBE SOFTWARES、MS OFFICE；
5、其他：能承受工作压力，具有较强的亲和力、工作细心、责任心强、具团队合作精神。

Assistant designer
Responsibilities:
